With the 2024 Presidential Election approaching, the United States is involved in an historic and fluid event never seen in the history of our republic; the indictment of a former president of the United States on local, state, and federal charges.  While these cases will be going on during the heart of the campaign, first, as Donald Trump is vying for the Republican Party Nomination for President, and second, most likely he is going on to challenge Democratic Party Nominee Joe Biden in November 2024, OTRCat has no agenda as to whom we publicly support.  Our objective is purely on an historic level to present both sides of the argument in these historic times.  

"No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof.  But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability."

This collection provides arguments for both sides in what is to become a very serious issue; first in the 2024 Republican Presidential Primaries and then the 2024 Presidential Election.  You will be able to read the indictments brought to Former President Donald Trump and you will be able to hear unfiltered statements  from the politicians and family members who were there rather than the "expert" mainstream media we are used to hearing from. 

Unlike the Era of Watergate when there was one media that was not filled with 24 hour news cycles, this is an era where there are two sets of facts presented to the American people and many of us are not hearing both sides as many of us are learning from our preferred echo chamber.  We are not just the victims of misinformation but blatant disinformation from those in the mainstream we thought we could trust.  Where is this generation's Uncle Walter Cronkite?  This collection is presenting to the listener on both sides of the issue so that the listener of this collection will have a fair balance of the story as told from both sides.  Because unlike Watergate where there was one side of facts that both sides could agree on, in the 2020s, because of various political echo chambers on blogs, podcasts, and corporate media like CNN, Fox News, MSNBC, and the Sunday morning talk programs like Meet the Press; we tend to have two sets of facts.  Maybe, just maybe enough people who listen to this collection will steer away from that and find more independence on this issue and not feel beholden to any one person leading up to November 5, 2024.
