Confession is the show created from the transcribed confessions of actual crimes.  Names of the criminals were changed, but were from documented records and case histories.  The show consists of the announcer asking action criminals their stories, some music interludes, and a dramatic recreation of events. 

In the vein of true crime drama such as Dragnet, Tales of a Texas Ranger, Calling All Cars Did Justice Triumph, Official Detective, Border Patrol, Up for Parole, Calling All Cars, Call the Police, Honor the Law, and Unit 99, Confession deals with the story of real criminals.  The twist in this collection is the criminals themselves tell their story in their own words.  This is a fascinating old time radio show that allows for the complexity of a crime story to come through.
