Created by suspense writer John Dickson Carr, Appointment with Fear is often dubbed version of the American series Suspense.  John Dickson Carr also wrote for Cabin B-13 and WWII propaganda scripts.  If you are a John Dickson Carr fan or a Suspense fan, you will enjoy the few existing episodes of this excellent mystery program. 

Like the popular and long running American Suspense old time radio show, "Appointment with Fear" was hosted by "The Man in Black" played by Valentine Dyall.
