Advertised in Young Dr Malone Sponsored by General Food and Post Cereals, this cereal serial has it all – love, jealousy, hate, crippling diseases, rich philanthropists, treacherous characters, death and marriage. Dr. Jerry Malone (played by Alan Bunch, Carl Frank, Charles Irving, and Sandy Becker who later had a children’s show with puppets where he tried to remove the holes from Swiss cheese), his wife Ann (Elizabeth Reller, then Barbara Weeks who played in 50s B movies and was attacked by a leopard during one filming), and daughter Jill (played by child impersonator Madeleine Pierce) live in the sweet little village of Three Oaks.

This collection comprises many of the 1950's recordings. Drama ensues: During WWII, Jerry goes off to war, is presumed dead, and later comes home to his wife in the arms of another lover! Jerry becomes crippled after a blood transfusion! Ann dies! Little Jill blossoms into a young woman and (the grande finale) gets married! Get out your hankies and put a shocked expression on your face, because the doctor is IN!
