Karl Weber plays
Ray Matson, aka Dr Six-Gun Karl Weber starred as Dr. Ray Matson as the gun-carrying, wandering doctor known far and wide as Dr. Sixgun. Dr. Sixgun's story was told through the doctor's perpetually inebriated companion, Pablo, played by Bill Griffis. The show unfortunately had a short run for just one season beginning in 1954.
Dr. Six Gun was based in a fictional western town called Frenchman's Ford in 1870s, but he traveled the entire Indian territory helping everyone from white settlers to Indian Braves. Along with sidekick
Pablo, the show also included a gypsy with a pet raven.
Dr. Matson helped people where he could whether it was with medicine, a friendly ear, or with a gun.
