Mr. Walter Tetley
Comedy
"Uh oh! Here we go again folks!" Junior Anderson begins the show with this proclamation as one of the Andersons causes some sort of trouble. An organ rips away as we learn of this week's troubles. What will happen on this show? Will Junior kick Butch's rare $11 football through Mr. Delancy's greenhouse windows? Will Mrs. Anderson want to take singing lessons from J.J. Tuttle, teacher of voice and big game hunter while Mr. Anderson vows that that man won't bring his "moose call" in their house?
Tetley later performed as
the voice artist for many animated
cartoons including the voice
of Mr. Peabody's Orange-
haired boy, Sherman.

The Anderson Family is a Hollywood Broadcaster's Production, written by Howard Swartz and directed by Herb Litton. This hilarious situational comedy centers around the comedic situations of Mr. Oliver Anderson (played by Dick Oliver), sourpuss and general disagreer, Mrs. Mary Anderson (played by Louise Arthur), who often knows best, and their son Junior (played by Walter Tetley). Tetley was a well-known voice artist who created a strong following impersonating children in old time radio shows. He also appeared as Leroy on The Great Gildersleeve and Julius Abbruzio on the Phil Harris & Alice Faye Show. He later went on to do the voice of Andy Panda as well as Mr. Peabody's orange-haired boy, Sherman, in the animated tv series, "Rocky and Bullwinkle."
